When you find the property you wish to rent, let us know you want to go ahead and we will confirm this to the landlord. To secure the property we will need to take the deposit, the advance rent and arrange the references as soon as possible. 

To help, we’ll give you cleaning guidelines together with a checklist of things you need to have done. You’ll get this a full two months before you leave your rented property, helping make matter as smooth as possible. 

Your notice period is also two months. So, should the landlord require the property back, they first have to give you two months to look for a new property.
